Turning-tool blanks
High-performance tool blanks precision-cut from plate single-crystal diamond—core cutting stock for downstream precision-tool makers producing turning tools, milling cutters, drills, grinding tools, and more.
Diamond tool blanks are made from plate single-crystal diamond through precision cutting and forming—they are the core cutting element that does the actual cutting in precision tools.
Important clarification: this product is a tool blank (the cutting tip / core cutting element of a tool), not a finished cutting tool ready for use. After purchasing diamond tool blanks, customers typically still need shank assembly and finished-tool forming before they can obtain turning tools, milling cutters, drills, grinding tools, and other production-ready tools. Qiansheng focuses on the material and cutting performance of the blank; overall tool design, assembly, and manufacture are completed by downstream partners.
Diamond tool blanks are made from plate single-crystal diamond—not diamond micropowder or polycrystalline composite stock—so they retain intrinsic single-crystal hardness, wear resistance, and cutting sharpness for precision machining that demands edge accuracy and wear life.
Leveraging our plate single-crystal diamond cutting capability, we supply diamond tool blanks for the following tool types (finished tool types and specs are completed by downstream processors; we supply the core blank):
Turning-tool blanks
Milling-tool blanks
Drill-bit blanks
Grinding-tool blanks
Other custom tooling-blank geometries (customized to downstream equipment and process needs)
The above blank directions are supported by our plate single-crystal diamond cutting capability; specs and volume-supply capability for each tool type are confirmed case by case.
